Psychology

Definition of Psychology: - The scientific study of mind and behavior in psychology.

As a matter of fact, psychology deals with the numerous aspects of humans and behavior, there are two terms clearly defining what psychology is, the one in mind which is the mysterious idea, or in other words the reflection of behavior is the concept of mind because of how the person behaves depends on the mind or mindset.
The other word is behavior as I’ve mentioned earlier behavior is the reflection of the mind, that is why it can be proved to understand the mind we have to observe the behavior because in itself mind has no shape or physic.
The answer is in the question, a very famous quotation in the same way to treat the disorders of the mind or heal the mind we use psychological techniques which are based on the mind concept, to treat mind problems (disorders) it is a proven fact.  There are numerous techniques used in psychotherapy, those techniques are behavior therapy, mind psychology, counseling, and hypnotherapy; these techniques are applied to alter the abnormal state of mind.
Psychotherapy nowadays is a very waste branch of rehabilitation psychology and almost all the techniques lie in this category.

When the mind alters from normal to abnormal because of biochemical or psychological factors it shows different behavioral problems or disorders, anxiety, phobia, etc are the altered state of mind and almost all the biochemical disturbances show the symptoms but some psychological factors are responsible for causing these disorders.
